The purpose of this document is to compile and analyze global practices regarding the regulation and supervision of Fintech business models, products and services. To that end, it reviews the current regulatory and supervisory practices of financial authorities, building upon a survey distributed among ASBA members regarding Fintech-related regulations and approaches and other relevant documents. A total of 56 jurisdictions on all five continents were examined, including 11 within the ASBA membership.
