The objective of the course is to present an introduction to operational from a bank supervisor’s perspective, in order to understand how to examine operational management frameworks, the challenges associated with implementing such frameworks, and how to promote sound operational risk management practices in banks.

6. Minimum qualification requirements
- The course is designed for supervisors with at least 3 years of practical experience in banking supervision and specific experience on reviewing and analyzing operational risk issues at large financial institutions.
- Intermediate level of English.

8. Language
English and Spanish are the official languages for the course. Simultaneous interpretation services will be available during the sessions.
